BronxWorks Program/Employee Database and Dashboards Proposal Building a Database  Build a database using the cloud capacity of Microsoft Access through Sharepoint in the existing BronxWorks Microsoft 365 account or through an Azure SQL Database or another SQL database  Use this database to collect individual employee and program performance data that will be entered by individual employees or imported from related sheets o Must have user-friendly interface that allows for individual data entry by employees with minimal technical expertise  Database will organize and track ongoing individual employee monthly report data and program wide data that will be entered by supervisors o Data points will be Key Performance Indicators that will be identified by Program Directors and Department Directors with oversight from the Assistant Executive Director  Must provide training to line staff on how use data entry aspect  Must be secure and accessible through Microsoft 365 Creating a Dashboard System  Integrate the data generated in database into Microsoft Power BI to create saved performance dashboards for: individual employees, programs (for both internal data and contract requirements), and holistic views of departments meeting contract and internal goals o Specific data queries and formats for saved dashboards will be created in collaboration with the Program Directors, Department Directors and the Assistant Executive Director in order to properly meet internal and contract assessment needs  Train a BronxWorks employee in ongoing maintenance/updating of the Access Database and how to edit and maintain dashboards in Power BI Please provide a price estimate and timeline for completion of tasks. There are 418 employees and 18 programs that would have data.
