Car Database with german KBA-Number and Engine codes

For an website, i need a car database with those attributes for ALL cars from tecdoc:
- Make
- Model (with year)
- Engine (with HP, kw, cc, and [login to view URL])
- Engine Code
- German ID Number: called "KBA" Number (there should be around 64.000 unique numbers)
Example:
Make: Volkswagen
Model: Golf VI [5K] (2007-2013)
Engine: 2.0 GTi (210 HP / 155 kW / 1984 cc / 04.09 - 11.12)
Engine Code: CCZB
KBA Number: 0603 APL
The format should be mysql or csv
