I would like a PHP / MySQL contact notification that works with Twillo.
I have about 100 contacts in a MySQL database that I would like to rapidly communicate to via Twillo.
I have about 10 different categories:
IT
Cloud
CyberSec
Legal
ELT
SLT
etc
So an entry in MySQL could be
ID,FName,LName,BizEmail,PersEmail,LandLine,Mobile,City,State,Zip,Department

I want the mass communication page to be able to have it to where someone can contact everyone in a group or multiple groups, or individually all using an ajax type ahead. In a nutshell, this would look like an email client.
Then method select box that has
Voice (TTS)
SMS
and then finally a Message section.
Then I want to leverage twillio to send out the messages immediately.
