I have done the database design (3 tables) in Excel. you will need to review what the best way to track statuses. You can update the Excel to improve table designs. You should have experience with tracking statuses state in the tables and expert with database design. Table use Polymorphic relation and you should have experience with this. This is approx 30 minutes work.

Quite trivial but I would probably say an hour... I presume that you have either already introduced a status tracking table of some sort into the structure or are able to add a table to support this? Also I take it that there will be a process to go on top of this structure that will be able to update the status table as the process you are tracking progresses. If you wanted triggers then you can have the outline in principal but you will have to implement them in your DB DDL yourself at this price and timescale. For 5 USD profit it isn't worth my time to type this up but I have the skills - go look at my profile. Good luck.
