Hello, I'm able to help. But i'm still not sure which xen you are using at, does it the opensource Xen or the Citrix one? And also i need to know the version of this xen too. since (for example) xen 2 vs xen 3 has a different command and procedure. Before you accept any bid from freelancer (including me), please kindly shutdown all VMs, and start it one by one. Make sure the first already booted completely before you start the other. It'll help you to avoid the I/O problem. some sort of my experience : I have a good experience with Xen, i was providing a Xen and OpenVZ VPS to a global client before i left them and convert it into KVM virtualization, which i'm still developing a control panel for it.
