.net project, validating city/state/country with google api

Hello, I need an urgent job done, some one who can make this over the weekend. The programmer must evauluate this page [login to view URL] I need a form like the above with only these fields. Name Country City State. Notice how on airbnb when we input a wrong city or state and it doesn't match with the country OR vice versa it shows an error and then gives an option to mark it on the map with a marker, we are seeking a form that does this, it should use the google api or google geocodes api or maps api to verify the country, city, state if its invalid it should give an error.. otherwise it should but these enteries in a db.
