It is about revamping the website design. We do not have a good team inside to design the site with latest trends. Whereas we have a good team to do programming effort. We need to bridge this gap. Essentially it is building a new template which these .net programmers can use to over lay with their application. I guess we need a good web programmer who can do a table less design, some flash slides, a modern outlook, ability to add a blog, social networking interface.
