Would like to have an "Ajax" or "Microsoft Atlas" Progress Bar embedded into the following page.

Progress Bar Specifications:
Design
The appearance of the embedded progress bar will look like the Apple Macintosh file upload progress bar, however instead of the traditional blue, mine will be red. (See "buttonClick.gif" in attached .zip file).
Application Flow
1) [url removed, login to view] will load without the embedded progress bar showing. All states of the form will be active, including the browse button, upload button and cancel button. (See "pageLoad.gif" in attached .zip file)
2) If the end-user clicks selects a file to upload and clicks the submit button then the embedded progress bar will appear indicating in real-time the time and duration etc taken to upload their file. (See "buttonClick.gif" in attached .zip file). If however they have not selected a file to upload or have uploaded a file of the incorrect file type, size etc then an error message will appear in a "literal" asp control called "messageArea" indicating to the end-user what went wrong and encouraging them to try their upload again. If the file upload is successful, then the same "literal" control is updated, informing the end-user that their file upload was successful. (Please download and run "addAPhoto.aspx" in attached .zip file to see what I mean).
I must emphasize that anybody wanting to take on this project first study the attached .zip file contents so that you are absolutely sure of what it is I am after. Essentially I am in need of the embedded progress bar as described in this post. If you feel you are capable of delivering this then great, please make your bid accordingly. However if you don’t feel up to the challenge then thank you for taking the time to consider my project requirements and showing your interest.
Please note: I am re-posting this project as the person who I chose to do it has not delivered. In fact, I have not received any emails or communication from him whatsoever! If you are this type of person then please do not respond to this project proposal. It is a waste of my time to record your details and communicate with you.
