Design ZigBee mesh network using XBee radios to transmit data to central PC

We have 25 bluetooth devices, receiving bluetooth beacon signals (hereinafter referred to as "the data"), distributed around in a building of 1300 square feet. We need to transmit "the data" from the 25 bluetooth devices to 25 XBee radios (by short USB cable). The 25 XBee radios will be setup in a mesh network, transmitting all "the data" to a Coordinator XBee radio which will be connected to a Raspberry PI CPU: "The data" must be finally transmitted to the Raspberry PI CPU.
This project is to:
1. Design the XBee network
2. Identify all the parts (by SKU) that will be required: The USB cables, the adapter from USB to XBee radio, the XBee radios, and identify what gear is required to transmit "the data" from the Coordinator XBee radio to the RaspberryPI CPU.
3. Identify the best means to battery-power the XBee radios: What are the longest-life batteries that we can buy for the XBee radios? Identify them by SKU.
