New very simple website

I need to build a cheap website for a client. Nothing fancy but nothing that looks "cheesy" or thrown together as well. It has to do with a hone care refferal network. Basically older people looking for a place to go for senior citizen care would call in and we would refer them based on their needs, and budget. I can help a bit with content and such if needed. It would be like a site [url removed, login to view] . I need this done after Jan 7 and before jan 15, 2005. This needs to be a reputable service as I will paypal the money to set up hosting and domain name as well that i have in mind. So if you have a hosting/design co. this may be good for you. I am not looking to spend to much so let me kow if you can do it for the specified price. thank you very much
