I need a full stack MERN Developers

Looking for a MERN stack developer to work alongside me on one project.
Should be able to collaborate with a team of 15 people.
1) I will porvide you figma designs.
2) You have make 100% same react pages
3) Then you should be proficient in React Development using redux
4) If you make node JS APIs usign Mongo would be great.
5) If not, no worry other node developers in team can help you with API development.
6) Its very time sensative project.
7) you have be availavle dedicatly 6-8 hours everyday during Indian time zone.
8) Must be able to work on Indian Timing between 8 AM - 10 PM IST.
9) Must have experience in the React JS, NodeJs and Redux, MongoDB, Socket, Agora
10) Microservices, Github, Twillio
11) Can work hourly pay basis also.
PS: I am not looking for agency. Strictly Individual freelancers needed.
