You may not like my bid or response, but I'll be the only honest candidate here. You are better off ditching your HCM of Paycom and going with anyone else to really truly use all value out of HRIS. I've used Paycom and was not fully impressed. I've been familiar with multiple HRIS to include Paycom, Ultipro (UKG), Paycor, Bamboo, ADP, and Paylocity.
Based on your project requirements, you're going to spend more money having someone setup everything in Paycom to make sure it works correctly, only to be disappointed because it won't work the way you envision it to. For instance, for ben-admin purposes, you cannot receive quotes into your HCM with Paycom. In fact, many of the HRIS don't allow to receive quotes directly from the carrier to your HRIS. If, however, you are wanting employees to see benefits offered and then enroll based on the triggered time period, then yes you can set that up in Paycom, but the experience (overall) is ridiculous for ben-admin and users.
Not to mention, with Paycom you are paying a crap ton of fees for things that you probably don't use, or never will use, or just hidden fees that they slap in for transfers. Having a multi-business tier in Paycom is equally frustrating too.
