Hi, I have created the same board with SIM7600 GSM GSM module, orginal functionality of my board was like the TTGO,ESp32_S2 with SIM7600G module. I can able to help you to design this board in EasyEDA. I have created many boards with ESP32, and low power BLE MCU, so that I believe I can able to fulfil your requirements. We can use most common IC for charging the lithium ion battery, TP4056, with protection circuit. We will get 12V and 1A, in the charging IC output. Hi there! I have read your requirements and this is easily doable. I can create this is Altium or Kicad. I have worked on the ESP32 extensively. (Wrover and Wroom) I have worked on BMS (battery management system) for 120 series cell and can add a power management chip to do that for you.
