We have an pdf now for client performance review template, 5 pages. We want it to be in editable form, so user can write in text boxes where font size adjusts depending on text length. You will be provided with a similar example. which is in English that you can use as a guide and take forms from. The version used is in Swedish but you will not need to change text headlines. 4 out of 5 pages is with different text boxes. 1 page is with scale questions. Please see attached screenshot for two of the pages. Delivery date Wednesday 20171213. We will share template as soon as project is setup, however edits in terms of [login to view URL] of questions will be required during Wednesday Dec 13 and possibly Thursday Dec 14.
