LO'S Chinese Restaurant

What I'm looking for is a drawing of the building and marquis with palm trees in the background as in the photo attached. Concerning the LO's building what I would like it to have added to the building is the Oriental flying or up swinging eaves on the corners or any other great ideas you may have to emphasize the possibilities of what the building could look like in a traditional Chinese flavor. I'm sending a photo of another building I had drawn and would like whoever draws the LO's Chinese building to follow along with the rendering " pencil and 3D look " .
