Perl Shopping Cart Script html/css Cleanup

This project is very urgent... the developer originally selected had some personal emergency and was unable to complete (start) the project.

This this the first step of 2 projects. In prevision of the change of the template of an existing shopping cart coded in Perl we need to cleanup the code and take off inline css, old HTML formatting code like font tags and replace that using class with external style sheet.

The shopping cart has 1 central template but then has lots of formation/style code embed in 2 dozens Perl files.

We have setup a duplicate of the website that you will have access to via SFTP. Git is also in place so we can track changes done and merge them to the live site once the project is done.

Knowledge in Perl, CSS, HTML and JavaScript is essential. Clean code and being VERY detail oriented is paramount.

We would expect a knowledgeable person to work with us and make appropriate suggestions in terms of design and implementation. We see this developing into a long term relationship. Due to the nature of the development we are looking for someone with impeccable verifiable references. Please provide detailed resumes/bio and description of previous work.
