Architectural Visualization 3D Artist to assist on project

Arch Viz artist looking for mid range 3D artist with experience in Architectural Visualization to assist me on short term project. Very likely possibility of more work in the near future.
In addition to assisting on the current project, I am looking to build a mid to long term working relationship with the successful freelancer who can assist me with the growing volume of work.
Type of project: Interior Residential Visualization
Start Date (approx) Nov 10-11
Duration: 13 (approx) days
I will be doing the majority of the work but will delegate tasks, such as scene assembly, prop or furniture modeling, some Photoshop work or client requested changes.
Samples of the quality of work that I am looking for are attached.
Please submit a portfolio and bio, or resume listing experience, software knowledge.
Applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
The applicant must meet the following requirements.
- start on short notice
- be able to work remotely with adequate internet connection and suitable computer
- minimum 3 years experience in Arch Viz working on both interior and exterior visuals. I will also consider recently graduated students with a strong portfolio and ambition ( after all we all
had to start somewhere)
- model interior and exterior spaces, including landscaping. As well as furniture and props efficiently.
- must have knowledge of at least 3D Max, Vray, Photoshop and Autocad. Experience with Sketchup, Unreal, Marvelous Designer and animation a plus.
- highly responsible, committed and work under deadlines.
- English a must, applicants with Spanish will also be considered but must have intermediate English communication skills. Skype calls on occasion.
- courteous and respectfull. No divas please. I have no time to deal with people who have a bloated sense of selfworth who don't follow instructions.
Responsibilities on this project include:
- Scene assembly: Place furniture and props according to layout as provided by client
- Modeling: Model furniture and props according to client specifications
- Create Vray materials according to client specifications
- Ability to render 5k images on occasions a plus
- Models will be provided where ever possible but applicant should have own resource library of models, textures and materials that can be shared as required.
- Environment with lighting and cameras will be provided based on client instructions.
