Image Selection & Basic Retouching for Erotic Photo Content (CAUTION: Gay Hardcore Pornography)

We are an Adult Entertainment studio and produce gay hardcore content. Currently we are looking for somebody to help us with content editing.
Step 1: Image selection (weeding)
Each photo set consists of ca. 200 - 250 raw, unedited JPG images. We need you to select the best ca. 15 - 25 photos (depending on the overall quality of the series) to be used as a photo gallery on adult websites and for future graphic design purposes.
Step 2: Basic retouching (of the selected photos only)
Most photo sets may need slight color / brighness adjustments to improve the overall quality. Further, if the models show heavy scars, acne or other skin sores those shall be removed or softened.
NOTE: We are NOT looking for a super intense retouching of minor skin irritations. Most sets won't need extensive retouching at all as most of the models do have good skin and we are ok with a natural look.
In total we have 23 sets to edit. The average time estimate for weeding (selection) and basic retouching per set is 1 to 1.5 h. Some sets can be handled more quickly while others will need a bit more time. The fee per edited set USD 10 (USD 230 for all 23 sets).
We would like you to edit one set as a test before we do commission the full project. We will pay for the test set unless the task is fully missed.
