Interior and exterior commercial Image Retouching

I am looking for someone to assist me in an upcoming project for one of my clients. I currently have more work than I'm interested in doing at the moment so I'm hoping to find someone with decent Lightroom and Photoshop skills.
I am attaching a before and after for a similar project for the same client so that you have an idea of what is required. I will have the images ready for you by March 5th, and I will need them returned by March 10th. There will be between 10-20 images needing high-detail touch-ups.
Here are some of the most important things needed in the images:
• Some ceiling lights and security cameras removed.
• Reflections removes.
• Scratches, smudges, trash, etc. removed.
• Color and lighting should be made consistent.
• Distracting shadows to be simplified.
I have some questions:
1. What is your experience with Lightroom and Photoshop professionally?
2. Have you done jobs that require similar touch-ups?
3. Would you be interested in taking on more projects that I'm too busy to work on?
