Render Project [.MAX file Provided] with 2 different textures

We have a complete .MAX file with a designed piece of furniture, which we need in two other wood grains. Currently, the piece of furniture is in pine, and we also need it in Walnut and Padauk. Please ensure you have read the project thoroughly before bidding. Our budget is $60 as no work other than the addition of new textures is needed. Below we have provided two other woods/colours we need this bed to be rendered in.
