Vector Image Cleaned up and Exported in to individual DDS (RGBA8) images 2048x2048

I have a vector design for Compasses,
I would like them cleaned up as the formatting of them is not perfectly circular on the display text,
there are approximately 15 Roses and 10 Pins ( most of the Roses use the same template so it could easily be replicated by changing only 1 or 2 of them.
If possible using the base for what is there already , some other designs would also be welcome but not essential,
I require the Compass roses to be exported using the DDS (RGBA8) format ensuring that they are compatible with UE4 at a resolution of 2048 including MipMaps
and for the Pins I require the resolution to be Scale to the Roses, but also using the DDS (RGBA8) Format,
