Compile 3 php functions into a Drupal module. I will provide the functions.

I have a php code with only 3 function which works fine in a php standar file. I need to compile this into a Drupal 7 module. If you have experience with drupal modules it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours. Look the attached files. I´ll give more information to the candidates.
