Hi, We can develop an interface to get content from emails and desnd it to your CRM by he API. We've worked with Facebook, Twitter APIs. We also have experience with "SOAP", "REST", "JSON". We haven't worked with Sales Force though but we've checked it out and it looks like this CRM allows to create/ add new entities and it uses rest API. Also, it has php tool kit which will come in handy. Here are a few questions we need to clarify. 1) How do emails get to our system? I've also done many applications utilizing web related APIs (mainly REST but some SOAP as well). Greetings, We have gone through the project brief and the attached flow diagram. Before everything else, I would like to know where do the enquiry emails come from? Is it from a enquiry form on your website? If yes, then we could make it much simpler. As in, the enquiry form gets submitted. The form logic creates and sends the emails to the agent and the designated email address and writes to the CRM. Flow becomes much simpler, involves less entities to deal with and is much more controllable and reliable. However if the answer is "no" then we must go as you have outlined. Please let me know. I have more than 15 years of web and software development experience and have a highly experienced team.
