174083 cakephp and drupal integration

Looking for cakephp and drupal master, that is available for work immediately. Here are the project requirements:

1. Fix minor upgrade issues from Drupal 4.7 to 5.0.

2. Integratation of cakephp task manager with drupal.

3. Synchronization of drupal user data with cakephp task manager user table.

4. Add a javascript date selector to six forms (add/edit).

5. Support file upload on four forms (add/edit).

6. Instead of multi select dropdown, use scrolling checkbox list instead, on four forms.

7. Add two fields to a model.
