new player skin and website changes

I have just taken over hour*of*[login to view URL] (without *) and I wish to make a few changes to the site. It uses Youtube Videos. I want: To be able to alter the volume of the video being played. Add New Modem Currently people can select between century and Powerhour.. I want another option allowing users to be able to just play the music normally, call it 'Normal'. I also want a box displaying the current random playlist. - allow users to add music either by having a search box within the design and being able to search (drop down menu box appears with results) allowing users to 'add' their findings to the current playlist. - users should be able to move items in the playlist up and down. - users should be able to move items from the playlist. Finally I want this all incorporated into a new skin. similar design colours etc to [login to view URL] but to make it look like a modern mp4 player type of design... I want this site to use Ajax and use the current sql database. Looking for an experience programmer with similar work and graphics designs. If a good job is done there will be future updates and graphic work available. Thank you.
