558627 Simple php mailer

Hello, I'm looking for a PHP programmer who can create a very simple PHP mailer script that works as following: 1. I will call the script using something like [login to view URL] (e.g. [login to view URL]) 2. The script will afterwards only show an input box where i can enter an email address and a Submit button (nothing else! the body message should already be predefined within the script..) 3. After I enter the email address and click on 'submit' the script will send an email to the email address with something like this: ------------------ Hello, Your invite code: $invitecode Thank you! The Site ------------------ Some quick notes regarding the script: - It should use php mail() - It should send an email to the entered email address AND a copy to my own email address (with BCC) - It should only be 1 php file - After it is done submitting it should show a message "Success! Click here to go back". This should be a few minutes work for a competent programmer. Looking forward to the bids. Thank you Jim
