Client/Admin Interface

Short: My website is ready and all you have to do is the login and registering things, paypal and one other payment gateway integration to user interface, discount card validity check, email notification to users for activation and about expiration of discount card, installing a chat script, SMS gateway integration through API provided by service provider, if need be. Long: I want to develop a admin panel, a client and a vendors panel. Through admin panel I should be able to manage vendors and users info (i.e add, delete, edit). Through vendor panel, the vendors should be able to edit, delete, add their own info after logging in; and check the validity of company's shopping discount card and can apply for collaboration with us. Through user panel, a user should be able to pay for the card, add/delete/edit his own details, search for the vendors online (category-wise). About Validity Check: This will be a very simple validity check. Every discount card will have a number. The vendors (shop owners) should be able to check whether the card shown at their shop matches with the name and number using the databases/data online. i.e This is just a simple discount card with numbers. We want to empower vendors to verify them online if they have any doubt/suspicion. My Question: 1. Can You build on/customize/adapt the following php/mysql programme as per my need - [login to view URL] ..... At least, I want you to know, Buddy, that I want the same professionalism and functionality. 2. If it's possible, I want to add SMS activation acknowledgment and expiration reminder thing to my project.
