Flash Builder Product Designer

Seeking someone with experience building product designers using flash technology. I need to build an engine which allows users to create custom products. An example would be pizza builder or t-shirt builder. The product designer shall have various functions and able to interface with online shopping cart i.e. joomla or other platform. Here are some of the features I am looking for: Drag and drop interface add templates ability to add designs, shapes and clip art admin/backend management browse products by category zoom option ability to add text add to cart for checkout pricing (unit and total) If you already have a framework built.
