Inventory + Accounts(repost)

hi, i need Inventory + Accounting application in VB6 + ACCESS \ SQL SERVER. my need is to have all functions of Inventory & Accounts of a medium scale industry in the application. i must need following features\modules available in the application. - Account Group Master - Account Master ( or ledger master ) - Item Master - Purchase Entry - Sales Entry - Purchase Return - Sales Return - Stock Transfer between godowns - Credit Note - Debit Note - Balance Sheet - Ledger Report - Profit & Loss Accounts - Trial Balance - year ending etc. so, i need all functions of Accounts and Inventory. i also want to have Invoice Printing in Sales entry. in sales entry, user can select upto 50 items in a single invoice. if anybody has ready solutions then pls. send demo to me. i need above application very urgently ( in 2 weeks from the acceptance date of the project ). i do not want any third party DLLs or any OCX. i need only all VB6 standard tools. pls. send me the demo in ur bids. so, i can easily select the winner. i also have many other projects after this project. i will prefer if coder will be from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India or within Gujrat State of India. but it does not mean that i will select coder from Ahmedabad ( or gujrat state ) only. i need a perfect coder for this application. if u want to know or ask something, do not hesitate to ask. i will give u quick reply.
