.NET Shareware Product

Project is to rebuild, extend and enhance an existing Access shareware application into C# with an Access database. App is to be designed intially to run as .NET desktop app with later plan to extend to ASP and Web Services. Attached is a Word doc with screen shots from the current app. There is also a website at [[url removed, login to view]][1].

The task management capabilities should be similar to those already found in the MS TaskVision example at [_[url removed, login to view]][2] but we will need to extend beyond those with things like filtering and sorting.

Would also like to have reporting capabilities using Crystal Reports and some initial work has already been done on this. Lastly, app will need a mechanism for a downloadable demo and licensing / unlocking.

I have table definitions and some code already developed. Unfortunately our previous developer (who was very good) dissappeared on us.

All code will need to be fully tested on Win/98,2000 and XP platforms and FULLY documented.

Please be sure to discuss any experience you have had developing shareware or other progam products. Coder will need to agree to an NDA prior to beginning work.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
