The script is as follows:
It need to be a totally automated site.
HOTELS Owner will go to the site, sign up, create a profile, upload pictures and set the availability of their rooms/beds for a date period. They have full control of it.
There must be the possibility of featured hotels, meaning hotels that pay a fee in order to be placed above others or listed in the homepage.
Profiles need to be approved by admin before going live.
Hotels should be able to receive confirmed online bookings.
When a visitor chose a hotel/hostel from the list of available properties for the date of interest and click on "book now", we charge 10% of the total amount of the booking via credit card/paypal. After that, an email is sent to the hotel and customer confirming the booking.
Customers should be able to rate the hotel and write short comments.
When quoting let me know timescales and prices (higher or lower then my indication!)
I'd prefer that you are experienced and full of ideas because i would like to have a long term programmer to maintain and update the website when needed.
