Script/Code for Frameless Window

I am looking for the script/code for a frameless window, meaning no scroll bar, no title bar ect.... It needs to work with the ie sp2 & sp1 updates. - We do require all rights to this project and the retailing rights. - When bidding please be specific and detailed according to this project. Generic bids will not be accepted. - Be accurate with your delivery dates. - Don't give any stupid lectures, everytime I post a project people say "It can't be done" however the project always gets done.
