We want a webform to be created in Coldfusion with the server side validation. There the country, timezone, price, profession dropdown fields which gets populated from the database. DEADLINE 2 days. We need the work to start immediately. Form validation elements: 1. All * required 2. If Country India, sunscription amount [url removed, login to view], else $50 3. On country change event, the corresponding mobile number's country code should be displayed and also the timezone need to be reflected. All the database tables are created with respect to the primary/foreign keys. You simply need to query and display on the form. Attached please find the screenshots of the forms and the database structure that exist. You need to look at them and create the form. The mode of payment will be: 1. Credit Card 2. Internet Banking (India Only) 3. Cheque Draft Depending on internet banking, you need to make CCAVENUE work for the online transaction. Once the payment is successful, update the database accordingly and show the message to the user. Finally, create the XML file for the user as per the specs. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
