Asterisk AGI Script to write to text to file

I have an existing script that allow me to log certain information to a text file. It's written in php using phpagi. Basically it take preset variables from asterisk and writes the items to a log file in text. Yep, pretty basic and easy, but phpagi is complaining about my variables with error messages sent to my email. The logs are created OK. It just sends a lot error messages in the process. Your job is to find a better method to make these logs entries without the error messages from phpagi. See attached.
