Get price quotes for 3D MMORPG client and art

We'll pay you to get price quotes for a 3D MMORPG (massively multiplayer online role playing game) client and matching art. This project consists of getting written price quotes for two components: an already developed 3D MMORPG client and already completed art in the appropriate format for that specific client. These two things may be from the same company or two different companies as long as the art is fully compatible with the client and already in the correct format. Both of these components must be able to be licensed for distribution for a one time flat fee and be able to be distributed without source and without paying per copy royalties or ongoing fees. To reiterate, we are looking for price quotes from companies that have *already* developed a fully working 3D MMORPG client, and art to work with that specific client. You will pretty much have to find companies that already have a finished game, or companies that provided an 3D game engine for a finished game. We already know of several companies that will license their 3D MMORPG clients for a flat fee. The problem is to find a base of already developed art for that client. The art specified would be used to get started. When you contact a company about licensing their engine be sure to ask them if they have, or know of somebody with, art that works with their engine that can be licensed too. We are paying you to do research using google and to contact the companies that you find. We are *not* interested in getting quotes from companies without anything already developed. We want to save development time by licensing already developed and debugged software and artwork. For those not sure of what an MMORPG client is, example 3D MMORPG clients include Everquest, Dark Ages Of Camelot, Starwars Galaxies, Anarchy Online, and Asheron's Call II. BTW, in the attached specification the preference for server side scalability to 100,000 clients (of course using multiple server) is not part of the requirements.
