Linux project with kernel and user mode code

The project consists on the development of a NAS server which will be composed by several computers running as a cluster. The whole system will be exposed as a single Windows (CIFS), Linux (NFS) and NAS appliance (NDMP). I’m looking for a company or a Project manager with huge experience in Linux development: both in kernel and user mode and preferably with previous experience in the development of NAS systems. The project will be developed in C language and the code should be portable to other OS easily. We need to have the first beta version for the end of this month. This version should be good enough to do demos for our clients. For this reason I need your 100% dedication to this project. You can be a team or hire some work to other coders, but for me you are the responsible of the project. This includes: - Finish the analysis and design. - Code development. - Full project testing. - Deliver the project completed, fulfilling the requirements and with zero bugs. - Reporting the work progress regularly and fulfil the project milestones. I don’t have time for testing the project or for researching. I’ll answer all your questions and explain you my vision of the project, but you are the responsible for doing all the work. I’ll provide all the details about the project only to those coders interested in the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
