Messenger Software with Video Chat Ability

**Standalone VideoChat Website / Messenger Module for dating websites.

Commented, clean source code required.

The system will have 3 parts:

1. Server

Php / MySQL

2. Host

Windows Application

3. Client

Web based Java Applet

(An activex identical with the host application could be used.)

**Chat Capabilities**

+buddy list with categories (list stored on server)

+public chat rooms (list stored on server)

+multiple simultaneous private / public chat sessions with other users (in new windows/pages)

+emoticons

+receive video feeds from selected users with webcams (directly from ip of host and through server when not possible)

**Server Capabilities

**+member registration

+listing with snapshot for online / offline members that want to perform

+wallet with integrated adult / non adult payment gateways so members can add funds to their account

+member area

+pay per chat / pay per time capabilities with custom rates for each member

+webmaster area

**Host Capabilities

**+all chat capabilities mentioned above

+login to server

+select webcam / webcam-image properties

+feeds webcam frames compressed as custom quality jpegs or other type of video data (audio is a plus)

+image and chat through server or p2p with other users using the application (after server login and getting ip)

+updated snapshot and status on server for users when performing

**Client Capabilities**

+all chat capabilities mentioned above

+automated login (user from member account)

If you have a similar system already done please post a url with demo. Also, if you have a better idea about this project your can come with your own plan. We'll also consider ideas using flash / flash communication server although a solution that does not have special server requirements is preferred.

Payment is provided after project completion and testing.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

Windows XP for the main messenger application that broadcasts, PHP&MySQL server side and something web based for the client messenger aplication.
