predictive Dialer

We require an experienced firm or group of programmers who have done telecom projects in the past and understand Dialogic based systems to develop a Predictive Dialer, we have managed development of Predictive Dialing systems in the past and would like to endeavour into a full scale solution over a 1 year time period. In essence we would like stage 1 to consist of a predictive Dialer, Stage 2 of development to add and ACD system into it, Stage 3 would be an IVR system and finally a webchat/email manager. Please only bid on the Predictive Dialing Solution at this time, dialogic based, with a SQL backend, we do have a SQL backend that is completed from a previous system that we would like to incorporate into this one, but please bid at this time as if the SQl is being designed from scratch, we would ideally like the system to be designed in a .net environment but will consider other options. Please bid only if you have done similar projects in the past. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform None
