qnx serial port COM1 for data transfer X86

We have an application running on QNX environment with qnx momentics IDE under windows host version 6.3.

The CPU will be connected to a serial display & keyboard , we have identified the control characters to handle data out to the display and data in for pressed keys.

We need to enable a serial COM1 port in a CPU Celeron ICP-CM-4 from EMTrust computers.

The serial ports are implemented with the SUPER I/O PC87393 that I have read it is software compatible with the 16550 and 16550A UART.

Our specific need is a C code program ready to run port initialization (open / close port, setup baudrate, data and stop, parity), read and write implementations.

Also, there is included a script to enable the devc-ser8250 in the QNX target.

We have downloaded and installed the [login to view URL] according with the user manual with no problems. Perhaps this DDK could be used.
