The goal is to achieve two pieces of functionality which is currently not possible by using public APIs. Main functionality: Programmatically create a new terminal server session with a given user name / password combination. For example: create a library that calls internal Windows functions and exposes one API that takes user credentials as input and returns a Terminal Server Session ID as output. The TS session should be created in the "background" with no disturbance of the console. Secondary functionality: When a terminal server session is disconnected or the Remote Desktop application is minimized on the client computer, the session is put into a "dormant" mode and certain calls, such as attempting to BitBlt from GetDC(NULL) will fail. Provide a function that either fools the system into thinking that the session is in a "connected" state or restore functionality such as BitBlt from the screen DC otherwise. Note: Neither solution should use a "workaround" by establishing a TCP connection to the RDP port and acting as an RDP client. Achieve the required functionality by using local function calls only.

## Deliverables
