Trading Strategy Builder and execution

I would like a pair trading trader to be built using the trading platform at Interactive Brokers and their API (see [login to view URL] for programming details). The program itself must be: Similar to Pair Trade finder ([login to view URL]) in its functionality for finding pairs, testing pairs for correlation and cointegration and monitoring them. Output research in terms of trading history and graphs To run from Yahoo or Interactive Brokers feed for share prices and history Allow back testing to different start and end timeframes Fully automated, entry and exit to market and must be able to trade following the pair trading strategy Web based or Windows based The program must be able to chart and trigger real time data as per the Interactive Brokers platform.
