Visual C++ 6.0 Setup Maker

Ok. This is what I need. First, my project it`s need to be made in Visual C++ 6.0. I`m not interrest from other programming languages. I will discuss all the details with all coders who contact me, and knows Visual C++ verry well. Suppose this: I allready have build a "Setup Maker", but, unfortunelly is made in Visual Basic 6.0, and my program will not work in the first place, without vb runtime library, meaning all dll`s that visual basic needs to found in C:\Windows\System directory. All I want is a "Setup Maker" program with an interface that I choose, that it`s must to be written in Visual C++ 6.0. For those who contact me, I will provide a 'sample program', written in Visual Basic 6.0, and I need a identical program written in Visual C++ 6.0, because, that program will not need any runtime library. My project it need to be made in Visual C++ 6.0.
