***Hello, My name is Josh Fanning. Below is a highlevel outline for a SQL Server 2005 software solution. The industry is healthcare, and the data inlcude medical and pharmacy claims along with health plan enrollment. I am a former reporting analyst with intermediate SQL statement code writing ability; what I am looking for is a SQL Server 2005 expert to engage all of its latest functionality for business process improvement. Currently the "product" are paper reports; there will be no end-user software interface development. Experience with healthcare data required. *** Specifications and Requirements Outline: MS SQL Server Production “Machine?? 1. ETL a. Design ETL tool for loading of data from multiple sources: flat file, Access, Excel, etc b. Develop a mapping interface for JF to quickly assign client data fields to MARA shell table fields. c. Develop automated QA report for detailed report of client data post import to MARA shell tables using JF-written SQL queries. 2. Data Processing 1. Work with JF to architect phases of data processing 2. Install JF-written queries into appropriate phase 3. Optimize JF-SQL code for better performance/automation 4. Work with JF to produce QA report for each data process phase. 5. Assist JF with MS Word and/or MS PowerPoint documentation of each phase with applied MARA business rules. 3. Report Production 1. Work with JF to use SQL Server Reporting Tools to design MARA production reports currently designed in MS Access ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
