SMTP Authenticating Contact Form in PHP

In need of a contact form that sends mail by authenticating by SMTP. SSL and TLS/STARTTLS settings must be configurable for SMTP. The main purpose of this script is to bypass the php mail function using SMTP Authentication to reduce the chance of mail becoming spam. - Script needs to have easy to understand commenting and directions for easy implementation. - Need to be able to send to multiple email addresses, select box populated by "Name" and then sending to the person's email address - Need to be able to send mail to a BCC address, turned on or off (set to true or false) - Fields: Name, Email (Standard Email Validation checking), Phone Number (10 digit validation), Message box (All fields are mandatory except for phone number, marked by a red * - Validation error message must remain on the same page and not post to another page - Captcha is required, random generated number addition or scrambled letters - Use of CSS is optional, looking for it to be vanilla so it can be later customized as required - Auto reply message sent by email to the person filling out the form to notify them their message has been successfully sent - Plain text emails, no need for HTML emails Tested with Google SMTP credentials. I've tried a lot of PHP contact form scripts and most of the data submitted by the form mostly does not get through spam filters. I've not been able to see a decent SMTP Authenticated PHP Contact form that will be easy to customize that delivers mail more efficiently. Dare to impress me!
