Based on the PSD files / graphics we are providing we are looking for a developer implementing those in CMS, preferably Concrete5. We already did the domain and database setup, we installed Concrete5 and the Grandeur Responsive Theme. Nothing else has been implemented yet.
The developer has to do Concrete5 customization / programming to reflect webpage graphics and the specified functionality provided by us. Details can be found in the attached document.
We ask the developer for a fix price offer for the scope of the “phase 1” which is the curent scope. The stated budget is also limited to the scope of phase 1. In addition optinally the developer can send us a high level estimate/indication for the components marked with “optional / later phase 2” and separately a high level estimate for the components marked with “optional / later phase 3”.
Timeframe for providing an offer is till July 7th 2013. Implementation time frame for the first phase is end of July 2013 – after that we intend to finish the “later phase” till end of August/September 2013.
Correction: timeframe for the offer is 7 days according to freelancer rules.
