My static website is: [login to view URL] I want it dynamic so that later I can: -easily translate it to other languages -easily change the design (when needed) -easily update all the data that changes very often (all the numbers). -easily create additional pages The most important page is [login to view URL] the positions of the entries in the list should also change, when the numbers change (different sorting pattens would be nice) Through this list you find detailed Information for each entry. The detailed pages should also be generated out of the database, so that if anything changes I only have to update one entry in the database. The green bars should also change, when the numbers change. I set up the static page on my own, so i know about html. It is not necessery to completely change the whole site since my budget is small. Setting up the database and making the affordable templates would be enough. I would than do the odd work of filling the data.
