Upload utility for real estate database

*** Requirement: Upload utility for property data and photos to MySQL *** I have a real estate database in MySQL, residing on my website, with tables for different types of real estate. In all, I have 5 tables. These are for property, new property, commercial, new commercial and land. Each of these tables have a slightly different field structure, hence the 5 different tables. [Each table has between 30 - 50 fields]. What I need are 2 different mechanisms for uploading data into these 5 tables in the MySQL database, and adding corresponding photos to different directories on the web server. I should stress that I am not looking for an existing software product, but only interested in a custom solution. Also, the provider should ideally be someone with experience in real estate systems, and data transfer/upload utilities. Mechanism 1 ----------- Based on the structure of each table, I want an Excel spreadsheet that allows the 'user' to enter data into that spreadsheet (standalone), where that spreadsheet has been designed to have pull down boxes etc. to make data entry faster for drop down type options. Then through a PHP script/HTML form (that you need to provide), allow the user to browse their filesystem for a spreadsheet and upload the contents of this to the appropriate table. The spreadsheet will always contain one type of property, so at any one time, the utility will upload to 1 table. The utility must present any errors found during the upload in an error log, that appears on the HTML form, below the text box entry for the excelpoint file; with a button to open that log file, and view any errors that occur. A message is clearly displayed if there are any errors, and the button only enabled if errors found. Otherwise, a message is displayed indicating the successful upload of the data. Since each 'property' uploaded can also have 1 to many photos, I also need the same utility to be able to upload multiple photos per property. Each photo will be uploaded to a directory photos/<property type>/propcode-<photo number incrementing from 1>.jpg. The utility should auto size photos so that they are not more than 100K in size. Mechanism 2 ----------- A utility that can allow an estate agents existing software system to export property data to a MySQL database (for property details) and a web server directory for the photos. It should be able to allow you to have one database as input (for the estate agents database) and one database as output (my MySQL database) which can be accessed over the Internet. The system then allows you to map the fields of different tables on the input database, to fields on the output database, with the ability to wrap conversion functions to convert the field to numeric, alphanumeric etc. And provide logic so that if one database uses 0/1 for yes/no, but MySQL database uses y/n for example, allows this to be mapped. It must also be able to take the photos from a directory (or multiple directories) on a file system (possibly on web server) to upload to my web server directory. Where there is no mapping possible, it must be able to allow you to set the destination (MySQL db) field to a value of your choice. It needs to be able to differentiate between the 5 types of property, since these are uploaded to different tables. It should also allow you to save field mappings, and store profiles to access different input databases, so that you can later open a different profile with its own field mappings already set. As with the first mechanism, it should report any errors, to make it clear what properties have not been uploaded. I do expect the project to be FULLY tested before it is delivered.
