We need to send different letters out to people on a regular basis. We assign a letter series based on the type of debt they have incurred.
I need VBA and a query that will work with my Form that calls the letter report.
The next letter in the series goes out x number of days later if the Debt is DebtStatusCode <200. Records the date sent and marks the next letter due in the table tblDebtorLetters. Letters are MS access reports and the reports are created and work with queries for all debtors.
The Form frmMergeDebtorLetters starts the process. What I would like is for the vba to run the query, generate the report, wait for the user to print the report, and if the user says continue, save it to a preset directory as a snapshot file, mark the letter as sent and go on to the next letter in the process.
My vba is done but doesn't exactly work as it should.
