We would like to develop an ecommerce website for a bowling alley. The site will have approximately 10 pages of information, all of which needs to be dynamic from a database and a diary section for booking the lanes which will be calendar based. The bowling alley would like to be able to show when the alleys are free and then accept bookings of upto 10 people and collect some information, then proceed to collect payment. The ecommerce provider will be either Worldpay or Protx. The site should also have a shop facility to allow the client to sell, bowling balls, shoes, t-shirts etc and again accept credit card payments online. The system needs to have a secure backend control panel which allows the staff to view the booking details of the lanes, add, edit and delete new bookings and take payment. The backend also needs to be able to add edit and delete information in the 10 pages mentioned earlier. Finally the backend needs to be able to add edit and products and service order for the products available in the. Basically this is 2 types of ecommerce site integrated into one, a normal shop with all the normal facilities and a diary system where people can book times in the alleys and pay for them. The successful bidder will be able to communicate well in English and have a Skype account or be willing to install our VoIP soft phone, this is so that we can talk to each other using voice to minimise endless hours of MSNing. You will also be expected to design 3 front page designs in your preferred graphics application to give our client a choice of designs before we all start the coding. You will need to be a VERY good graphic designer as this project will be graphically intensive and a good PHP/MySQL developer. We will accept bids from companies or individuals who can demonstrate good graphical design / PHP and MySQL skills and ask all bidders to provide examples of 100% their own work with your bids to assist us in the selection.
