**Requirements/Statement of Work** The purpose for this RFP is to develop a web version of the Equipment Database with its current functionality. The Equipment Database Application functional requirements and User Interface Inventory are defined in the *_Equipment Database Functional [login to view URL] file_*. In addition, a demo version of the Lotus Notes Equipment database (*_Equipment.ns5_*) is being provided to provide access to the database forms and views. All proprietary information of Client is subject to terms defined in the Confidentiality Agreement . Specific areas that Client is looking for contractor subject matter expertise specified in RFP document. THESE ITEMS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED or REMOVED from RFP Role Based Security: We need only Read and Read/Write type credentials implemented in the system - Advanced Search: A simple search mechanism on generic fields will suffice our needs for now - Workflow: A system only needs to track the user that changes the status of the equipment record - Documents: Only the link to the file stored in the network will suffice for this phase - No Exception Report - Only Excel import functionality for importing equipment records from external system - No Audit Trail mechanism ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
